The following statement is prepared in fulfilment of the obligations of Energy Aspects Ltd and its affiliates (together, “Energy Aspects Group”) under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ are to the Energy Aspects Group.
The Energy Aspects Group does not tolerate any form of modern slavery or human trafficking in its business, corporate activities or supply chains. We recognise that we have a responsibility to take a robust approach to these issues and are dedicated to maintaining and improving our systems and processes to combat slavery and human trafficking.
Our Business
The Energy Aspects Group delivers industry-leading research and analysis on global energy commodity and macro markets to provide indispensable insights that help guide trading and investment decisions of our clients. We have over 300 employees worldwide and operate in multiple countries including the UK, USA, India, Dubai, Japan, Greece and Singapore.
Our Supply Chains
Our supply chain includes data suppliers, professional services, IT services, office supplies and other goods and services necessary for our operations. We engage suppliers from various regions, primarily in low-risk countries as per the Global Slavery Index, to ensure adherence to our ethical standards.

Approval
This statement has been approved by the board of directors of Energy Aspects Ltd and is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (“the Act”). It constitutes the Energy Aspects Group's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
The Energy Aspects Group takes responsibility for this statement and its related objectives and will review and update it in accordance with the Act.
